The Monkees, starring Davy Jones, Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, and Peter Tork premiered on September 12, 1966, Though made for TV, The Monkees had real-life hits and struggled against their "Pre-Fab Four" image. The band's music was initially supervised by producer Don Kirshner, backed by the songwriting duo of Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart.Some of their best-loved and number one hits included "Last Train to Clarksville" Boyce & Hart's 1st Hit with the Monkees and Neil Diamond's "I'm a Believer " More successful singles followed, including another Neil Diamond song, "Little Bit Me, Little Bit You," Gerry Goffin and Carole King's "Pleasant Valley Sunday", and "Daydream Believer" by John Stewart of the Kingston Trio.

Peter Moon is equally at home whether it's cranking up Rock’n’Roll anthems at Bridgestone Arena for the Nashville Predators, boot-scootin’ the line dance crowd at the World Famous Wild Horse Saloon, or funkin' out a packed dance floor at weddings, clubs and private events.

Peter records his own music at his home studio. Peter worked on the music based on a story about addictions, that was set to the choreography with a new group of dancers to create a stage play FIX (What's Your Monkey). FIX is a powerful mix of modern dance, drama, comedy for the stage that deals with issues of addiction, recovery and relationships.
